Made for the work ahead
Let systems share the update without losing its meaning.
Copying an order number is easy. Keeping two systems consistent when a request fails halfway through is harder. We design integrations around the records, decisions and recovery steps your team actually relies on.
What integration work includes
We can connect a website with a CRM, synchronize selected catalog data, send confirmed orders into an operations tool, or build an API for a custom application. The first step is checking that each provider permits the required access on your actual account.
Define the authoritative record
A Colombian distributor may manage product availability in one system and marketing descriptions in another. Decide which system owns each field. A two-way connection without field ownership can quietly overwrite a good update with an old one.
Recovery is part of delivery
We plan stable identifiers, repeated notifications, timeouts, rate limits and a visible queue for unresolved work. A useful handover explains which failures retry automatically and which need a person. Sensitive data should be excluded from routine diagnostic messages.
For invoicing-related work, your accountant and approved provider define the current DIAN obligations. We implement agreed technical exchanges; we do not certify tax compliance. Send provider names, desired record flows and a non-sensitive example of a mismatch.
