Ask which decision a successful technical step still leaves open

An application can save, send or export something correctly while the business still cannot act. These questions help separate the completed technical operation from the responsibility that follows it.

Which revision is being accepted?

If the screen links to an editable current quotation, ask how staff can recover the exact offer the buyer accepted. A timestamp alone may not preserve its quantity, conditions and attachments.

What does the word saved mean here?

A device draft, an uploaded photograph and a server-accepted submission are separate states. Ask which one the interface confirms and what the office can see at that moment.

Which system can change this value?

Stock, public descriptions and invoicing references may have different authorities. Ask what happens when the incoming record omits a field or arrives after a newer update.

What allows the next person to act?

An approval reminder does not grant authority. A payment notification does not settle an inventory exception. Identify the rule and person responsible for the next transition.

What evidence would justify a retry?

After an uncertain response, the first operation may already have produced a result. Ask how staff locate that result before repeating a create, charge or send action. The answer must follow the actual provider's supported behavior.

What must the reviewer read in Spanish?

Include labels, confirmations, short cards and document wording. A correct long page cannot compensate for a button that promises a booking the system does not make.

Carry the unresolved answers into project planning. They define the work more accurately than a general requirement that every system should be integrated.
