Describe your projectUnderstand and agree
Identify customers, staff, languages, tools and repeated difficulties. Agree scope, reviewers, important dates, provider dependencies and a recovery approach.
Build and review
Inspect manageable pieces. Include Spanish review and tests for permissions, errors, repeated actions, interrupted connections and unavailable providers. Compare customer messages with what staff can see.
Publish and hand over
Check important journeys in the released version. Explain code, accounts, settings, deployment, known issues and support. Name who maintains content and approves future changes. Read working responsibilities and preparation.
