Is Faith Forge Labs based in Colombia?

The work is delivered remotely from the United States. This site describes a project audience; it does not represent a Colombian office or a locally accredited professional practice.

Does the Spanish section mean the project is delivered in Spanish?

Technical conversations and delivery are in English unless another arrangement is agreed. Spanish writing, translation and customer-aware Colombian review need explicit scope and named reviewers. A translated page does not establish a Spanish-language support service.

Can we improve the existing site without rebuilding it?

Often the first useful scope is a specific correction: a form that loses context, a catalogue import that overwrites approved copy or a payment state that staff cannot investigate. We inspect the current code, accounts and dependencies before recommending a larger replacement.

What needs confirming before an online store integration?

Identify the merchant account, provider-supported operation, settlement arrangement and business policy for delayed or failed payments. The provider confirms eligibility. The accountant and relevant advisers determine financial and invoicing requirements. A working checkout demonstration does not settle those questions.

Will a customer returning from payment make an order paid?

The store should use the agreed provider evidence and its supported verification process. A browser return is not sufficient on its own. The pending-payment guide shows how the order, transaction and staff decision can be reviewed separately in a test environment.

Can a field application work without a connection?

Only if the required offline behavior is deliberately designed and tested. Draft storage, attachments, synchronization and conflicts have separate requirements. The scope identifies what remains on the device, what reaches the server and how a person recognizes outstanding work.

Can you connect an invoicing service?

We can investigate and implement a supported technical exchange. Your accountant and chosen provider define the authoritative records, approved triggers and current obligations. Generating a PDF or receiving a payment does not independently establish an issued and validated fiscal document.

Who approves the website's claims and visual material?

Your organization approves service capabilities, commercial conditions and permissions for images or customer material. The appointed Spanish reviewer checks local terminology. Brand work supplies agreed design deliverables; it does not establish trademark clearance or ownership of third-party assets.

What support is included after release?

That depends on the written scope. Covered components, hours, time zone, escalation and recovery responsibilities need explicit treatment. Remote development does not imply continuous on-call coverage. See maintenance and support planning.
