Count the work that sits around the visible build
The number of pages or screens does not reveal all the effort in a Colombia-connected project. A proposal is easier to compare when it identifies the preparation and continuing responsibilities each feature creates.
Approved language has a maintenance life
Spanish wording needs a reviewer who understands the service. When the source changes, the page, campaign card and confirmation may all need another decision. Scope the surfaces and review process, not just the first translation file.
A connection needs an operating account
Required permissions, provider features, sandbox access and commercial approval can affect whether the proposed exchange is possible. Investigation may precede implementation. Account charges and professional advice are separate from the developer's work.
Imported records need relationships
Moving a spreadsheet means checking which customers, requests and documents belong together. Cleaning uncertain identifiers and rehearsing a representative import can take more work than drawing the resulting table. The scope should name that responsibility.
A mobile draft needs a recovery design
Keeping work on a device introduces storage, synchronization, conflict and access decisions. Testing only the connected happy path leaves the hardest part of the promised feature unexamined.
Another supplier needs usable material
Editable design files, approved exports, licensing information, account ownership and release instructions all affect the next change. A screenshot or repository alone may omit essential dependencies.
Ask the proposal to distinguish technical delivery, supplied inputs, provider costs, specialist decisions and ongoing care. The scope page helps frame those terms, while handover preparation identifies what the organization should control when the initial work ends.
